Dr. Rony Jose holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Liverpool University, UK, and an MBA in Human Resources and Global Business from the City of Seattle, USA. He also possesses postgraduate diplomas in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Switzerland and in Strategic Management and Leadership from the UK.

With a robust IT background, Dr. Rony is a Certified Ethical Hacker and Penetration Tester, as well as an Artificial Intelligence Prompt Engineer. His extensive expertise spans various sectors, reflecting his commitment to innovation and excellence.

As the founder of Li Group, Dr. Rony draws on his rich family legacy in business, with the MT Global Group and Nilambur Furniture serving the market for over 30 years in furniture, steel, gold, and textiles. His leadership and vision continue to drive the growth and success of Li Group, positioning it as a leader in the industry.
